Mary in the Wild | Make your own Seed Bombs
Mary in the Wild began when Ashleigh, the founder, wanted to make seed bombs with her three children but she couldn’t find a ready made DIY seed bomb kit on the market.
Thinking that others might also want to make seed bombs Ashleigh set about creating her own ‘Make Your Own Seed Bomb Kits’ and Mary in the Wild was born. Each of their kits are designed to encourage bees, butterflies, moths, hover flies and other insects into your garden to undertake the important work of pollination!
These cornfield wildflower seed kit contains all of the things you will need to make your own seed bombs including clay, potting discs and a mix of 100% native annual and perennial UK cornfield wildflowers. Simply follow the instructions on the enclosed leaflet to make your seed bombs, then throw or sow on a bare patch of soil and watch them grow!
This kit should make 20-30 seed bombs. Can be sown throughout the year but for the best chance of germination make and throw your seed bombs: between mid-March and the end of May or between mid-August and mid-October.
