Wormwood plays an essential role in the flavour of this vermouth but it’s the large range of local herbs and carefully selected natural wines used that creates the unique natural character of Belsazar. This rosé vermouth is full of surprises. Bittersweet and summery… Flavours of pink grapefruit, bitter orange and orange blossom emerge, complemented by hints of raspberries and currants.
